  1. Assistant Managers/Managers with 2+ years of Management exposure
  2. Anyone who has completed the “CIPE CERTFIED 1st Time MANAGER” certification
  3. Executives/Supervisors with Managerial exposure (non designated)

Program Objectives

  1. Develop Advanced Leadership and People Management Skills: Equip participants with leadership strategies for transitions, strategic thinking, and succession planning. Enhance people management through coaching, mentoring, performance evaluations, and interviewing techniques to build high-performing teams and align growth with organizational goals.
  2. Enhance Business Acumen and Future-Ready Skills: Strengthen financial literacy, business strategy alignment, operational efficiency, HR capabilities, and communication skills. Prepare managers for AI-driven changes, ensuring team competitiveness in an evolving business environment.
  3. Demonstrating Application and Impact: Empower participants to effectively apply their newfound knowledge and skills within their organizations, verified through management confirmation, a video presentation, and a report submission.
CERTIFICATION

In order to achieve “CIPE CERTIFIED MANAGER – Level 2” status, participants are expected to submit a report and a video presentation on their value adding contribution to their organization during a 4 week period confirmed by the corporate management.

Through the submission of quantitative and qualitative outputs, participants will showcase the tangible results of implementing program learning’s, demonstrating their ability to drive positive change and add value to their respective roles and departments.

All “CIPE CERTIFIED Level 2 MANAGERS” will be eligible to register with “CIPE CAREER SPACE” Any participant who has registered in “CIPE Career Space” will be invited to “monthly CIPE Alumni gathering” for virtual/physical team coaching and mentoring sessions for 3 month period.
